Poor service

Yesterday i went to Ackerman opposite fnb Matatiele to do exchange, which I lost a slip of purchase. When I got there, the lady that was helping me which is the cashier she told me to wait for supervisor to assist me....I waited when she came back the cashier, she told me to wait because the supervisor was busy, I went around the shop to look for some items since I was waiting... later on I went back to the till then the supervisor (name Zuzeka) arrived she then asked when was the day of the purchase since I don't have slip,which I told her the correct date then she refused say the cashier was not at work that day, I then check my phone because I had prove that I was in town that day ....then she did whatever she was doing with the cashier then she left. She says to the cashier and I " jongani lento yenu nindibize xaniyitholile" with an attitude.... the cashier was looking then after sometime I asked the cashier will I get help because I have been here for too long now ... I left without getting help because of supervisor Zuzeka....
