Poor service

<p>I bought AG Phone at Ackerman's for R800 on the 28/02/2017, still in good condition. The phone started troubling jus after 7 days, its always saying memory is full and the phone did not want to accept a memory card, I tried all sizes of memory cards nothing seemed to be happening. The phone did not allow me to download apps. A couple days ago on the 16/04/2017 and 17/04/2017 the phone started freezing and switching off and yet it was fully charged. So last week 18/04/2017 I took the phone with box and accessories to Ackerman's in Liberty, Philani said we must send the phone for observation and possible repairs and I am up in arms about this. After 21 days it will be like a 2nd hand phone HELL NO!!</p>
