Poor service

So I am at Ackermans wonder park mall, did a Laybye in feb 2nd, came to take it out on Monday (06th march) and was not given all my items, tried contacting them yesterday (7th march) and no one answered the phone, so today I decided to come to the branch and was helped by this guy who (Karabo) kept telling me to come back another day with the other items because “they could see from the footage I didn’t get all my items” but want to see which ones I ddnt get (mind u I ticked the ones I got). First of all it’s costly for me to come to this branch and I came today to fix a mess they made now I have to come back again so “they can refund me” that time I did a Laybye for a reason which was to get clothes and the ones I put up in a Laybye. Therefore what’s a point of a Laybye? Iam extremely disappointed
