Poor service

After being a loyal customer for over 40 years with Ackermans i went to purchase a few items ...arriving at the till the consultant asked me if i want to purchase a bag...i asked him since when do you purchase a bag at a clothing shop...i was quite shocked and unhappy.i am a unhappy customer
