Poor service

My helper bought a twin pack of sleeveless vests at ackermans for my daughter instead of long sleeves. When i got home i realised it was not long sleeve vest and already the pack was open. Because she hasn’t fitted them i decided to take them back on the 29/04/2019 at ackermans alberton in voortrekker road. To my surprise a lady called Lungani Miya said they can’t take because the pack was not opened properly though the vests were not worn they can’t take it because of the pack. She gave me attitude that everything is written outside the pack the price and age so they can’t take it. I had to leave without being helped and i had a slip but was not helped. The level of service they give is getting poor everyday.
