Poor service

I'm writing this review with a very heavy heart.

Yesterday I went to ackermans jabulani mall to take out my laybye and must say the service I got from the guy by the name Thapelo and his friend Given was appalling and very sad if I must say. I asked Thapelo if he could please separate shoes and clothes because as a customer that's how I prefer my staff to be packed. The guy had a nerve to tell me it's either I get a very huge bag or 1 small bag. When I asked for the reason y he didn't answer instead he pushed my staff to the side and called another client that was waiting in the queue and continued to have a chat with his colleague Given. They then started to make funny comments when I asked to see a manager. I then decided to walk away and I heard Thapelo saying to me "Go sort it out maan".

Ackermans is this how u train your staff to be rude to their customers?
