Poor service

On 05/09/2015 time 11.35 . I went to Ackerman's store at 902 Durban west street to purchase a handset Samsung J1 with side speakers which was advertised in store ,The handset was issued with no side speakers as advertised . I queried with the cashier who went to the stock room to request for it , The manager came back and advised me that the handset I chose does not come with the side speakers. I asked the cashier to give me the handset that comes with the side speaker .The manager came back to me with an open handset with the speakers .I refused to accept it as it was already open and I will be liable if anything goes wrong . The manger was very rude to me where by she stated that she was doing me a favour and they always sold open handset to clients and they never had comebacks .I was not prepared to accept an open handset when I was being charged for a full price . I was disappointed the way manger spoke to me and her choice of words were disgusting. <br>
