Poor service

I had looked up for baby shoes online to check wich store has it, to find it is located at 10 fichardt street Bloemfontein, called their number to reserve the shoe, to my surprise the store does not have it, I spoke to a lady, who had promised to find me the shoe from other stores and will let me know before the end of today.... nothing was said until end of business. I am so disappointed because I used their click and collect it went smooth, now why they do not update their online to show the shoe is not in store. I called waterfront and they told me they don't have they were unable to jusy check wich store has it, the SKU was regarded as not the stores
