Poor repair policy and staff attitude

Repair policy is the worst. They will take their time in terms of fixing and returning your phone no matter how much u call and explain to them that you use the phone for work purposes. The employees and nonchalant about complaints because they get a lot of them. They do not update you about anything unless you call. I Regret ever buying from there, really bad experience overall.
