Poor Quality of boyswear

I logged a complaint directly on the Ackermans complaints site but received zero feedback and it has been two weeks since ! I recently purchased item to the value of over R600 now and previously over a R1000 which are basically not wearable after the first wear and looks even worse after the first wash. I noticed that the fabrics used for your boys tracksuit pants and tops form small ***** of fluff -pilling after the first wear.I have always been purchasing at Ackermans because it is reasonably priced and had noticed this before but kept going back but this time it's definitely the last time as I basically wasted my money as this clothing cannot be worn when going out. As a mother that prides herself in her kids appearance I will definitely not let my kids wear this clothing when going out. It is "house clothes " now. In today's economy I cannot afford to waste money and expect more that one wear out of an item. I now have to give out additional money to buy other clothing because the clothes I bought now look horrible and covered in fluff, it does not look appealing at all. In future I will rather give out extra money and purchase from other stores and have longer wear of them. Money down the drain ! Ackermans please do better, times are tough and people don't have money to waste. It was definitely not value for money and I'm sure I cannot be the only one that has experienced this. Surely you cannot use a fabric like that and expect no comebacks.I can even provide pictures of how the clothes look.Very unhappy customer.
