Poor quality dissapointed

So on the 12th June I bought 2 tracksuit pants for my son preparing him for a warm Civies day the following day, as I picked him from school the pants looked liked his been wearing them for 3 years already, im really soo dissapointed with the quality, as I speak he cannot wear them anywhere outside the house again, I'm planning to go to the store tomorrow to just show them the pants, I don't expect that from Ackermans but this quality no no no. I feel like I waisted my money here.
