Poor Quality Control Vs Value

Hi,I bought a Premio S88 2023 in Greenstone mall.I loved the phone but to my shock it's a waste of money.How does Ackerman's sell phones without quality control.The phone heated up,the phone freezed ,one day I am Limpopo it's in the bag phone does not work starts switching off with light only.I am confused because this phone has my work information and important documents ..I remember Ackermans mentioned it should not come back.I take it to be fixed four places no one has parts and I can retrieve my documents ..I am very sad,angry with how business is done in Ackerman's.. Now I have a phone that does not work,no parts and waste part the cover of the phone is the most light weak plastic ..No cover available for the phone besides the weak light plastic offered...I need help I want the information in my phone and my money back because I wasted my money ....There is no parts for this one...How do you sell things without making the right research and quality control...I lost money ,information,time and more money paying people to look for paints..Ackerman's this is a big issue ..I need a respond and solution....
