Poor quality baby body vest

So last month I did winter shopping at ackermans zeerust for my 2 girls (2year and 3 months) everything else was fine but I am very disappointed on the quality of your body vest, I washed them before use and they completely stretched out by the neck, the neckline now is so wide and stretched out leaving their necks and shoulders fully exposed, I couldn't return them as I traveled back to joburg as I was in zeerust to visit I went to the ackermans in cresta mall and got such bad service that I just walked away, I honestly an disappointed and feel like I wasted my money on so many long sleeve and short sleeve vest that I thought would be a great buy for winter, I honestly don't see my kids wearing these things hence they just had to go seeing them hurt me.
