Poor quality and bad service

I bought my twin gals pack of panties in Ackerman's mall of tembisa on the 23rd of December most of them they tearing right in the stitches I see factory fault or poor quality, took them back of cos I don't have a receipt they told me they won't give me my money... what should I do it's only a month but they started showing poor quality and I love this store but. Bad service to customer's wow
