Poor quality

I bought a pair of white takkies for my son at Ackermans Menlyn the day before schools were open 16/01/2024 it's not even a month the shoe is in two pieces I could not believe my eyes. I do not have a slip to return the shoe but please do not trust the quality in that shop it's terrible.
