Poor quality
I bought slippers from Ackermans Mall of the South on 11 May 2019. I was hospitalized on the 14th and i only started wearing the slippers on the 15th. Since I'm recovering from an operation I didn't notice that the threads at the back of 1 slipper weren't sewn together until yesterday. I showed the slipper to my brother and he said he notice it the day after I was discharged, which was on the 16th.
Really now? Should I now pay someone to fix the slippers I hardly wore since I don't have the receipt? This is not acceptable. How can you sell such poor quality clothing?
