It's absolutely sad that you guys hand us over to Shapiro Defries Associates when we have not paid our account but when we've paid them. They refuse us our paid up letters. Even after the 21 days. We wait longer! Others months Why! But youll money had been paid back not! Why not hand us over to people who know what they doing and give us what is due to us?? Cause we have paid.
