Poor /No Service

I tried to buy a cellphone from them, they immediately take my money, I had wait 10 working days without any feedback or status of my order. Their so called tracking means nothing, got stuck on processing. I made 3 calls and eventually got hold of someone who only could told me that they out of stock. I asked for a refund and still nothing happen. Why take my money if they don't have stock? I bought the same phone from another seller and already received it (3 days) I will never buy anything from Ackermans online again. they are an embarrassment for other online stores currently offering good service.
