poor management s****s

<p>on the 03 june 2016 i went to ackermans in arco park as i am a regular customer there. i was waiting in the line to be served. as the lady at the till called the next customer i went up to her. she procedeed to scane my items when the new manager named George and interupted the proceedings. He told the lady to stop seving me and send me to another lady as he wants to check somthing. she told him that she has already scanned my items but the refused to listen to her and he started screaming at her. I know that customer service is important but treating employees with respect is to. the lady was so distrot that she left to got to the back. if this is the type of management ackermans has than i feel sorry for the employees aswell as the customers. the level of service i reseid was very poor not to mention the humiliation the poor lady felt as this man (George) the manger was acting. </p>
