Poor management

I had such an unpleasant experience at Ackermans Delft Mall this morning and this is certainly not the first time it's happening there. Only 1 cashier at the till point with a long line to purchase. When I asked the manager or supervisor Onke of there's not another cashier to assist he just shook his head no. No apologies nothing just shook his head absolutely no respect for customers this store there hardly ever someone to assist on the floor although today I was assisted by a very sweet young lady but usually in this specific store they tell you you must look for the stuff if you ask for assistance or they simply don't know where anything is. The cashier that helped me this morning apologised so sincerely for the delay and I told her straight that it's not her fault she shouldn't be apologising that store is poorly managed. Ackermans you can do better
