Poor customers

On the 13th of April 2022 went to Ackermans store (Bloemfontein cbd) to purchase some items for my nephew when I got to the till point presented my store card as always the cashier scanned my items after that gave me a receipt to sign ,I signed after that she compared the signatures and left me on the till point and went to the office without explaining what was the matter.

Then she came with lady who i didn't get her name and her position in the store cause she didn't have a name tag on and never introduced herself to me as per protocol. Even the store associate didn't have a name tag on. The lady came to me with the store associate and they both asked me if it was my card I said yes and they told me the signature on the card and till slip are not the same I asked them how is it possible cause it's my signature and it's my store card I took out my drivers license and ID book they didn't even look at them,they still insisted that it's not my card,they were so rude to me in front of other customers and they was a point were they left me standing for 10 minutes whilst they gossiped at the corner then they came back to me saying they keeping my card until this is cleared.

Later when I got home I contacted head office and explained the whole scenario to them. The only thing they said is that the apologise on they behalf they realised it was a mistake and the manager will call me.I should go to the store with my 3 months bank statement and my ID book cause they blocked my account. Till now the manager hasn't conctated me and I'm not satisfied with the fact that head office just apologised without headlong the matter accordingly and those two ladies are walking free without been dealt with for their poor customer service and embarrassing me in front of other customers.

I want nothing to do with that store. I'm not satisfied with the customer service. I was very poor and worst of all none of them had name tags on.
