Poor customer service

I had never had such a bad experience from Ackerman's. I had to wait on the line for so long , and when l finally reach to the till point the cashier Thembeka K**** gave me an attitude simple because she asked me about the points card and I said l don't have and when she offered me one l said no and she said "ngiyanyanya" and l explained to her that lm in a rush and l had someone waiting for me. She did not even ask me if I need a plastic or because of her attitude l had to carry my things without the plastic and l had to let her be with her attitude. Very poor customer service.😡😡😡
