Poor customer service (Click & Collect)

I have just left Ackermans Goldfields Mall Welkom to collect my order. 1st there is no Click & Collect sign in store. After 15 minutes of waiting after I had said what I'm there for. A lady came and told me she cannot assist me as there is a meeting in that office where orders are kept. After waiting another 5 minutes I asked her do I need to wait for those people to be done, to be assisted she had no response. I requested to see the store manager to assist me as I wouldn't wait any longer. To my surprise after I had said so, she went to the back and came back within 5 minutes with my order. Terrible Click & Collect service! Get your act together!
