Poor customer service

I recently visited Ackerman's on Eloft Street, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I attempted to purchase a small cellphone that was priced at R149. The sales assistance initially told me the phone wasn't available, but after I insisted, she discovered it was in stock and called a manager. However, the manager didn't engage with me directly, and the cashier left me standing unattended for about 15 minutes. When I asked another staff member for assistance, she seemed unsurprised by the ladies behavior and imp**** it was normal she's used to leaving clients. I expressed my frustration about being kept waiting during my lunch break, but the staff member's response was unhelpful, suggesting that buying a cellphone requires patience and shouldn't be rushed. Given the poor service and lack of communication, I left the store without making a purchase, feeling frustrated and disappointed.
