Poor customer service at arckemans

Greetings I log a complain at arckemans on the 2 ND of October via massenger on Facebook about their baby wipes they gave my son terrible nappy rash so they promised to get back to me up until I reminded them again on the 15th of October so they called me on 18 th of October asking what happened so I was told that they gonna get back to me soon up until today no feed back
