Poor customer service and ********* misconduct towards customer

A teller tells me that i had bumped items on the isle and they fell on the floor. When telling her that i didn't bump anything she said to me with an attitude that she will go and pick those items up and therefore left me unattended for 5minutes if not more, dragging her feet to and from the teller machine. When she finally decided to attend me she said straight to my face that she doesn't care after i asked wheather or not she was are of the image she is putting her shop on. Her name is Nosipho Klaas. If ackermans bloem plaza values it's customers then they will make sure they hire staff that can deal with customers properly and professionaly
