Poor customer service!
I arrived at Ackerman's East Rand Mall over 30 minutes ago to come look for my mom's store card that she accidentally left behind after shopping on Monday the 22nd April 2019. At 17:30 one of the staff told me the manager says I must wait 15 mins for someone to go look in the safe! I am STILL waiting and nobody is assisting me. ?
