Poor Customer Service
I went Ackermans Diepkloof square on the 27th March 2019 around 13:30/14H00, I had to wait for about 10mins in the queue whilst there was no one to assist me and the other customers with payments, they only had 2 cashiers and both were busy with activating cellphones whilst the other sales person was putting cellphone ads on the shelves, it doesn't make sense as to why both cashiers have to be busy with cellphones whilst there is a long queue.
