Poor Customer Service

So I went to Ackerman to buy a few shorts for my daughter, I take 4 shorts each costs 29.99 and I stand in a long que as I do that, they close the doors so nobody can come inside as they were closed. I get to the till to pay and I discover that I left my purse in the car, I ask if I can quickly go get it so I can pay and a gentleman everyone in the shop called "Malume" said to me it is closed if I go out they won't let me back in "shocked" I'm thinking to myself I've been on the que to 10-15 minutes and I'm just stepping out to go grab my purse and he didn't even wanted to look at me he just kept repeating "if you go out your done you can't come back in we are closed"

My heart sunk as I didn't understand why is it possible for me to just go take the purse to pay. I had to leave my shopping there with a broken heart as my daughter really needed those items. So disappointed with how I was treated and in Ackermans Quagga Centre Bad service, Bad attitude Bad store
