Poor customer service

I sent my man to go spend my baby shower gift card at achermans Germiston golden walk mall since we'll I couldn't go there my self due to my c-section.when my man finish paying the cashier didn't give him the card back and she kept on insisting that she gave him.he then went to the manager to ask for a footage and the manager s reply was we don't have cameras by the cashier's so it won't be possible for us to show you the footage.the gift card was left with R565.i am so disappointed and stressed and I feel like I failed my new born baby and the people who gave me the voucher card.please review this shop
