Poor customer service

I had such a terrible experience today at the Rockland store in Bloemfontein, the sales consultant by the name of Rose gave me such a terrible attitude. She didn't greet me, she didn't request for my scan more, she then said I could report her to her supervisor, which I did and I was dismissed as if nothing happened. She didn't even take out the tag on the pants I bought and the sensor went beeping the supervisor then took it to the till for removal and I just left.
