Poor customer care
Went to check a jacket for my Son in Ackermans Menlyn on Sunday and some guy working on the floor says they don't have such range.My friend bought the same jacket at Ackermans.
Yesterday night I checked Ackermans online and the same jacket is there in store.There is stock.Why your people on the floor don't know of the stock that is there? Fuel is expensive, who enquire the fuel costs to go toba shop twice for one thing ?
This is unacceptable!!Aikhona mani!!
