Poor clothing quality and management failure to assist

I bought a jacket at ackermans Mayfield square on the 1st of july. It was a perfect fit so i threw away the slip. I wore the jacket for the 1st time today and the quality is very bad, there white cotton like things coming out of the jacket, as a result the sweater i had underneath had turned white because of it. I went in store showed them what had happened and i explained that i dont have my slip but i had bought by bank card so i have proof of the purchase. The management told me that since i dont have the original slip they will give me a voucher. I explained to them that i went to check the jackets that they have nd all of them seem to have the same problems as this one, so im not gonna use the voucher as they dont have any other jackets and i need the jackets, as after all its the quality of the product that is at fault. they said there is nothing they can do. I told them i would escalate the matter with their head office and they said i can gladly do and tell them that management Ntswaki and Josi refused my refund
