Poor cell phone service at Ackermans Bapong Branch

I bought a smartphone from Ackermans Bapong branch in Feb 2022. The phonr broke down and I took it back for repairs as per warranty in October 2022. 4 months later am still awaiting the phone to be returned to the branch for collection. In the interim I havent received any phone to use. I cant be buying a new phone since I invested in that phone. I have made several costly visits to the branch and still to no avail.
