Poor, because I bought two long sleeves Spencer for my kid aged 7- 8 in the sealed plastic on the 30th December 2023 in Qumbu Ackermans. On the 14 of January 2024, I returned a school trouser for my child as it was not fitting. They did not have size. Then refunded me, and they kept the slip. I did not bother them for keeping the slip as I thought everything is in order until I realized on the 17 th of January 2024 that Ackermans put the wrong size 3 -4 inside the sealed plastic while outside it said size 7 -8. Their packaging is poor, because my mother told me that this happened to her while she bought shirt in Mthatha Ackermans the size was wrong inside. Ackermans should take responsibility and make sure that their packaging is up to standard because now I am stuck with size 3- 4 Spencer that I don't have slip for as a proof of payment as they took it.
