poor attitude from Malope

on saturday 29nth november 2025 i went to ackermans soshanguve to lay buy xmas clothes, after standing in a long queue we finally got to the tills and as a lady was assiting us.A cashier next to her (Malopea) gave our cashier a torn plastic bag that was used on another customers laybuy it even had a sticker with that clients details, Malope insisted that we use that one i refused and she gace me an attutude and said "moes ke laybuy" as if we dont pay for laybye i find this service totally unaccaptable and i will be visiting the store to make a formal complaint and i will also do it on facebook
