Poor and slow service

Ackermans Jabulani mall service is poor. The supervisor told me to wait in a long line just to pay 1 item of cloths . I had to challenge her until she told me about a till for workers after I mentioned to her many times that I am going to work. No customer should stand in a very long line to pay 1 item of clothes. The line doesn't even move at all.
