POOR AKERMANS SERVICES AND ****MERS

I had an account with Akermans not really sure the year but it was around 2018 or 2019 when I settled the account. They sent me a settlement letter but now they are not clearing my name at credit bureaus they claim I still owe them whereas I fully paid. I phoned January the lady said she sees it she will help so it can be cleared I am stuck now with a bad record. 😡 This is blocking Me
