Poor account application process

The ackermans account application process is the worst thing I have ever come across, not to mention the call center where they keep saying they will get back to you but never. My account application was declined because the instore consulted captured wrong information pertaining my salary and employment. Tried following up, was told to send relevant documents mind you that was March the 18th and today still I haven’t received any assistance.
