Poo service and untrained staff

Ackerman's is the only store left with horrible customer service and online services. Placed an order on the 30th June until now haven't received my order. This morning I called the call centre was asked all security questions, answered all, then the agent asked how much did I spent and I gave an estimate not the exact amount, then she told me I need to login to my banking app and check, mind you I'm using my airtime, then after I did that, she told me she can't see where my order is, I should just wait until it gets delivered. Never order from Ackerman's online, their service is bad.
