pin in sock

Hi .On the12th of May 2015 we bought clothes at ackermans at alberton mall .And amongst those clothes was a pack of fancy socks with 3pairs for my 4year old son.one of the pairs had a needle still attached to the wool used for sowing the sock.and I realised this when I dressed my son for creche on thursday after he screamed from the pain of the *****. I reported to the call centre Ref no. 327264. And I have still not gotten any feedback. I'm still in shock of what I found,and the danger of it. I still have the sock as I found it.
