On Saturday 11/12/21 I went to Sanlam Center now known as Parow Center. I bought my 2 daughters clothing at at Ackermans. I didn't notice that the one shoe for my 10 month old baby was broken. I only noticed on Monday when I wanted her to wear the shoe. So today I went to Ackermans kraaifontein which is closer to me as I reside in kraaifontein to exchange the shoe and the lady at the till refused to exchange the shoe telling me that it will affect their stock. How is that possible when the shoe will be accounted for. So now I have to travel and take two taxis just so as to exchange a shoe. I mean what kind of service is that Ackermans doesn't care about their customers. The sad thing is I buy all my kids clothing at Ackermans. All they care about is their stock.
