Phone repairs over 21 days waiting for 40 days now

Ackermans connect cell phones are ****, i bought a Samsung phone from ackermans via payjoy it was broken within 30 days, i had to take it back and was told it will take 21 days which is 3 weeks, now im on the 5fh week have not received my phone from repairs , am about to loose my job as i work with a phone,,,,service is Pathetic, Ackermans connect Jabulani mall
