M Ntombi mhambi bought a phone with account at Ackermans first week of September after a week the phone was problematic having issues with technical problems i send back to the store on the 9 September 2023 they promised to send the device to the repairs they promised me that the device will be back after 21 days after the promised days i went back to the store claiming my phone back it has been back and forth emails claiming the phone bare in mind im still paying the phone without using it its been 3 consecutive month waiting i dont get any clear communication yesterday i did engage with a store of Makhaza Ackerman s store i told him that i am about to report this matter to hellopeter he says i can proceed his name is Mzingabantu Gcaza.
