Phone issue

I went to Ackerman's festival mall to purchase a phone n I realise the camera was faulty.i took it back 1 Feb and I told them about the problem.i spent almost 2 hours at the shop until they close that day trying to show them the problem but everyone insisted that they do not see the problem I was talking about.tumi says she will book it for repairs n today exactly 3 weeks later I was told to come collect the phone,i went there and the camera is still faulty.im surprised cause my fone was in repairs for 3weeks n it came back the same way thats if it was taken for repairs like I'm told.i didn't have a phone for 3 weeks.im told the lady didn't describe the problem to their repair store.now I'm surprised that my 3week struggle without a phone was for nothing.the guy who was helping me today realised the problem and said they will book the phone for repairs again so il spend another 3weeks without the right phone because someone decided to take my phone n not say what was wrong with it.1st I bought a phone because I needed one now I'm without a phone because someone at Ackerman's festival mall or their repairs didn't do their job.i will not wait a whole 6weeks for a fine I paid cash for.the camera is faulty they need to fix it and it doesn't take that long to see the problem their repair shop didn't see...the guy saw it without opening it so I want to know what took them so long to fix nothing on my fone.they didn't even give me a cautesy phone for the delay they are costing me.....Lesego mokgatlhe *** are my contacts...or ***...i need a phone asap that is why I bought one in the 1st place...
