Phone damaged

Hi I'm Rhandzu I have bought a phone at arkermans last year 25November and on March it became off not chargingc power button not working I took it to the store they booked it for repair and after 21days they told me that it has a physical damaged they find water inside my phone but I didn't pour water on it or anything It just got damaged they told me they want R2100 to fix it and I said I don't have money they must return it and refund me cause it was less than the amount they want and I didn't damage it they refuse to refund me and I'm still waiting for them to call me as I didn't get my phone back yet
