phone came back without back cover
I bought a phone at Ackermans khayelitsha Mall and my phone had a problem and i return it back to the store, they gave me a date to come and collect it and when i got to the store they told me that the phone was not back at the time it was suppose to be back. I went to their store several time and got my phone at last after few months with no back cover,no pouch. I am still waiting even today for my back cover and they totally not calling and their service is very poor.
