****** Phone At Cresta

If i could give zero stars i would.

I went to Cresta to return an item i had purchased on the 14th of May. I however forgot to take my phone out of the same plastic bag that had the item. When i got to the entrance the assistant manager took the plastic bag and asked me to proceed to go take the item of the proper size while he took the plastic bag to the counter. As i got the proper sized item i went back to the counter. Once i got to the parking lot i realised i had forgotten to take my phone out of the plastic bag , i went back immediately to the store. I asked the manager to review cctv footage so we can see who took my phone. He said it cant be the assistant manager and he also said we are not allowed to view the footage ourself. They were very rude, and it appeared they were defending each other . I Want my phone back. Should we be afraid to go shopping at Ackermans since we cant trust the employees , *****ing from us ?

I have reason to believe either the assistant manager who took my plastic bag or the person at the counter stole my phone as it disappeared at that point.

Why can't they prove me wrong and show me the footage. Its an expensive phone which is not even 6 months old.

And to make it worse they couldnt switch the phone off , i could call it all day until their knock off time , and only then they removed the sim cards. We can't allow this to happen, we trust employees in the Shops only for them to ***** from us.
