I went to Ackermans to open a new account, while I was busy doing that. my 14 & 2 year daughter where sitting down waiting for me.

When they moved where they were sitting, my little one was watching cartoons on the phone and they left the phone on chairs, within seconds someone took it immediately.

I went to the manager and ask for her.

she was not helpful at all, even the staff were not helpful, they tried to help but I was not happy with their service helping me. at some point got dismissed when I was asking some questions asking to see the footage. left without getting the help I need.

I'm dissapointed with Ackermans in Menlyn. They didn't treat my query with urgency mind you this happened inside their shop. there was not urgency at all. Still now I'm confused.
