petty cash is not for such complains

i purchased kids clothes at jabulane mall and when i got home one of the garments still had the detector on them and i went back 3 days later for them to remove the detector, when i asked to be reimbursed my taxi fare i was told the manager is not in and those who where left in charge told me to walk home because the petty cash is not for such complains
